What BUS needs

The property needs a valid Energy Performance Certificate and an installer on the MCS register for that technology. The grant is deducted from the quote, not paid to you later.

ECO4

ECO4 is an obligation on large energy suppliers, not a form you send to government. It typically funds loft, cavity, or solid-wall insulation plus heating upgrades for households that meet the income or vulnerability rules.
